After my stint with Target and my move to the United States, I had an orderly arrangement of to do's set for ME. Yes! drag myself to read, hit the gym and chant on the mantra 'Am going to be regular'.
I was lucky enough to lay my hands on the special collector's issue, A 72-page royal wedding album book of The Duke & Duchess of Cambridge. April 29, 2011 was their 'perfect day' to tie the knot - place filled with sweet romance, sweeping nobleness, heart-stopping surprises, Pippa the stunning maid of honor and the charming ever gregarious best man Prince Harry ;)
My Favourite: Although I missed most of it live on TV, I did get to see them sharing not one but two kisses from the Buckingham Palace balcony followed by 'lets go for a drive' in a cool convertible which read "JU5T WED". Now is this your favourite too?
The cake: I read that the eight-tier regal wedding cake was a masterpiece created by the baker made out of 17 individual fruit cakes. This is WOW!!
A perfect fit: Apart from the rest(read top brands), the Master Tailor made sure the soldiers too had their outfits in place which gave them a sharp look as they assembled in front of the Buckingham Palace. Am thinking of the cost involved...
I dont know them personally ;) but dont you think Prince William comes across as a well grounded and a genuine person... with the ever so poised, graceful Kate Middleton 'A couple made for each other'. Am in awe of her wedding gown something that is simple and yet so elegant, Traditional and yet so Modern!
Voila, Now this ones a dazzling fairy tale brought to life... Dont you think so?!?!
I love this one: Off all the hats and gowns of the Royal VIP's, Princess Beatrice's hat amused and thoroughly confused me, I found it interestingly funny!... Lately I read, her royal wedding hat has been sold on auction site eBay for £81,100.01. This further baffled me later to realise that it was for a noble cause with the proceeds going to the children in crisis.
